This policy explains how Kayja Solutions Ltd(“Kayja Solutions”, “we”, “us”) handles your personal data when you use this website or get in touch with us. We keep it plain, because that's how we work.
Who we are
Kayja Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (No. 15562258), registered office 92 Sheldon Road, Chippenham, UK, SN14 0BX. We are the data controller for the information described here, and we are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference C1985518. What we collect
If you fill in our contact form or book a call, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details for one thing: to respond to you and, if it goes further, to work with you. Our lawful basis is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in replying to genuine business enquiries.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business, such as our email provider (Google Workspace) and our scheduling tool (Cal.com) if you book a call. They process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it to deal with your request or maintain an ongoing relationship, then we delete it. If you'd like us to remove your details sooner, just ask.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email admin@kayjasolutions.comand we'll sort it out. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
